Port Royal

Port Royal is measured to be one of the world’s luxurious neighborhoods in Southwest Florida. White Sand beaches are a natural representative of this prestigious community. Consisting of 8 miles of meticulous boulevards and navigable channels, the west shore borders the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and to the east is the Naples Bay. Port Royals history began in 1956 with homes selling for an unbelievable price of $11, 200. The interestingly shaped, private estate home sites range from a half acre to several acres in size.

Nestled along the sparkling blue waters of Southwest Florida’s Gulf Coast, The Port Royal Club represents the finest in a private club experience. Established in 1959, the Port Royal Club endures its tradition of bringing neighbors, friends and families together creating memories and a strong sense of community. The Port Royal Club is comparable to the most illustrious private clubs in the United States. Positioned on 425′ of immaculate beach, the club facilities include fine dining, tennis courts, swimming pool and numerous other luxurious amenities.

This ultimate waterfront real estate community features just over 500 estates, and with building standards even more conservative than those of the city of Naples, the distinction and character of Port Royal will always be protected.

Adjacent to the magnificent Port Royal enclave, the Gordon Drive area is one of the most beautiful sections of Naples containing some of the finest single-family estates in the area, and includes three smaller subdivisions, Sabre Cay, Little Harbour, and Gordon Drive Estates. This beautiful, picturesque section of Naples is south of the Naples Pier, and extends along the beach to the southern tip of Gordon Drive at Naples Bay.

Gordon Drive is the single entry point into the area, providing excellent security and privacy for residents. The neighborhood was developed over time and consists of multiple small subdivisions on both sides of Gordon Drive. On the beach side are the largest Gulf front estates in Naples.

Some of these majestic homes were built by the winter residents who helped shape Naples in the 1940’s and 50’s, but the majority of the structures are more recent. The idyllic settings are a true tropical paradise – palm trees spread over a large spread of green grass, and beyond to the beach. Sabre Cay is a separate private community of 16 single family homes, located near the tip of Gordon Drive. Every residence has a generously sized boat dock and private beach access, and some of the homes feature water views.

Little Harbour, a recent vintage community, is nestled between Jamaica Channel and Gordon Drive on the last available parcel of land adjacent to world renowned Port Royal. It offers 34 waterfront and lake front estate homes, as well as membership in the prestigious Port Royal Club. Jamaica Channel home sites include private deep water dockage. Gordon Drive Estates is a small, gated community of 9 single-family residences. Located on the Gulf, all residents have direct access to the beach.
